You pay for each seat that can log in and handle conversations. Read-only admin seats (e.g. for reporting) and collaborators who only leave internal notes are not billed on any plan. Billing is calculated daily — add or remove agents mid-month and we pro-rate automatically.

We'll notify you at 80% of your monthly quota. If you exceed it, AI auto-resolution pauses — agents can still reply manually and the AI still drafts replies. You can top up with Extra AI Resolutions add-ons instantly from your billing page, or upgrade your plan.

Upgrades take effect immediately and we pro-rate the difference. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle — you keep full access until then. There are no penalties for changing plans.

Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time — you won't be charged for the next cycle. Annual plans are non-refundable after 30 days, but we'll work with you to find a solution. Within the first 30 days of an annual plan, we offer a full refund, no questions asked.
